Microwave Oven:

Place frozen Shrimp Shumai Dumplings on a microwave tray.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high. 1100W: 3 pcs: 50 seconds; 6 pcs: 1 minute 20 seconds; 15 pcs: 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
Steaming:

Place sufficient water in a steamer and bring water to a boil.
- Steam frozen Shrimp Shumai Dumplings over high heat for 11 to 12 minutes.
Deep Fry:

Preheat oil in an ordinary saucepan.

Carefully drop in Shrimp Shumai Dumplings (oil should cover dumplings completely).

Deep fry at 350 degrees F for 4 to 5 minutes or until dumplings are lightly browned.
