The aroma profile includes violets, plums, bacon grease, dried green herbs, tobacco, and a peculiar vegetal note, reminiscent of asparagus. On the palate, it showcases ripe, almost jammy red plums and strawberries, along with the meaty bacon nuances detected earlier. Medium-plus body with moderate tannins. Despite its 13 years of age, it tastes much younger, displaying primary fruit characteristics.
