In the glass, this wine showcases a vibrant ruby hue. Its bouquet offers fragrant notes of strawberry, rose petal, Santa Rosa plum, toasted coconut, and hints of aged leather. On the palate, tart cherries dance amidst a backdrop of fine tannins, lending a sense of balance and refinement. Overall, it exudes a remarkable elegance. For optimal enjoyment, decant the wine for one hour until winter 2022. Recommended serving temperature is 65°F. Crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc, the wine underwent native fermentation and malolactic conversion. It was then aged in neutral barrels with a subtle infusion of new oak for a duration of 10 months.
