A tangy and bright wine, with sliced-pineapple and olive-oil character on both the nose and palate. It’s medium- to full-bodied with a transparent and clean finish. Vivid acidity. Toasted oak and spice. Partial malo.
Layers of fruit, vanilla, butterscotch and oak toast give this full-bodied wine plenty to explore. Its almost-thick texture wraps in poached pears, toasted almonds and honey flavors that fill the palate and linger on the finish. The sweet effect of oak makes it suitable in lieu of dessert.
