Their wines exemplify the unique terroir of each vineyard, carefully preserved through a minimalist winemaking approach. This particular bottling presents a captivating bouquet, with sanguine notes of rust and crushed rocks harmonizing with hints of uncracked peppercorns, purple and red flowers.
